An inbound “I” train from the airport heads south from Ilmala towards Pasila station. The “I”/”P” service on the Airport Ring Line uses these trains exclusively, and operates more like a rapid-transit service than commuter rail, with departuers every five minutes during the day. “I” service operates counterclockwise and “P” service operates clockwise.
